Privacy notice
Pre-launch · last updated 4 October 2026
Today this site collects one thing on purpose: the email address you type into the waitlist form. This page says what happens to it, and to the little else your browser sends when the page loads.
1. The waitlist Live now
- What: your email address, and which form you used (top or bottom of the page).
- Why: to tell you when breakyouragent opens and to send you a launch-day run. Nothing else.
- How it travels: the form sends it through EmailJS, which delivers it to our inbox as an email. EmailJS processes it only to deliver that email.
- Who sees it: us. We do not sell it, rent it, or pass it to advertisers.
- How long: until launch, plus the launch announcement. Ask and we delete it sooner.
2. What your browser sends when the page loads Live now
- Fonts come from Google Fonts, which receives your IP address and browser details like any web server would (Google privacy policy).
- The EmailJS script is loaded from the jsDelivr CDN, which receives the same kind of request data (jsDelivr privacy policy).
- The site sets no cookies and runs no analytics or advertising trackers.
- After you join, your browser remembers your email in its own
localStorage, so the form does not ask twice. It stays on your device and is never sent anywhere; clearing your browser's site data removes it.
3. The hosted service At launch
When the service opens it will hold your account details, the agents and domains you add (agent credentials encrypted at rest and never shown back), the authorization confirmations you give, and the transcripts of each run. Card details go to Stripe and never reach us. Transcripts are kept 30 days by default and can be deleted with one click. We will not send transcripts to a model provider whose free tier trains on submitted data. This section will be expanded before launch.
4. Your rights
You can ask what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Write to contact@breakyouragent.com from the address concerned; we act on it without asking why.
5. Changes
If this notice changes, the date at the top changes with it. A change that affects how we use an email address already on the waitlist will be sent to that address first.
6. Contact
Privacy questions and deletion requests: contact@breakyouragent.com. Security issues: security@breakyouragent.com. The terms of use cover everything else.
